Things to Consider Before Domain Transfer
Check the steps below for the transfer process to be completed smoothly and quickly.
To start the transfer process, you need to obtain the EPP / Transfer code from your current registrar.
You must remove the transfer lock (Domain Lock) of your domain name from your current company's panel. Locked domains cannot be transferred.
Make sure your Administrator (Admin Contact) email address is active and accessible.
As per ICANN rules, domain names registered or transferred within the last 60 days cannot be transferred again.
For the transfer process to be completed smoothly, it is recommended to start the process at least 1 day before the expiration date of your domain name.
In transfers made during the 45-day Auto-Renew period after the expiration date, renewals made with the old company are not transferred to the new company.
After the transfer process is completed, domain name contact information may arrive incomplete to our system. You can update this information from your sh.com.tr customer panel.
Domain transfer processes are irreversible; no cancellations or refunds are made.
