Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law (“Law”) regulate the legal bases for processing personal data. Below, we outline the purposes for which your personal data is processed and the corresponding legal grounds:
Your personal data is processed on the legal basis of “necessity for legitimate interests of SH Online, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject,” for the following purposes:
• Communicating with you via the contact sections on our website; providing information and support related to our products and services; receiving and resolving your questions, suggestions, requests, and complaints.
• Reviewing, auditing, and reporting our business processes.
Your personal data is processed on the legal basis of “fulfillment of legal obligations” for the following purposes:
• Fulfilling our legal obligations in cases where authorized institutions request information from our Company or where we are required to notify them.
Your personal data is processed on the legal basis of “necessity for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right” for the following purposes:
• Protecting and exercising our legal rights and managing legal processes in the event of a potential dispute.
For commercial electronic communications, your explicit consent is required in cases where a legal exemption does not apply. Your data is processed to inform you about our products, services, and offers within the scope of such communications.

Within the scope of the above purposes, your identity, contact, transaction security data, and your questions, suggestions, requests, and complaints are processed.
PARTIES TO WHOM YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS TRANSFERRED AND TRANSFER PURPOSES
Your personal data may be shared with our service providers and business partners for the purposes and legal bases stated under "Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing Your Personal Data." If required (e.g., due to a dispute), your data may also be shared with authorized institutions and organizations, including judicial authorities. Data sharing with third parties is carried out in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.
METHOD AND LEGAL BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION
Your personal data is collected through contact forms available on our websites. It is processed based on the legal grounds stated in Article 5 of the Law, such as the necessity for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right; the necessity for our legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms; or the necessity for compliance with legal obligations. If none of these legal grounds apply, your explicit consent is requested before data processing.
YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT
As a data subject, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Law:
• To learn whether your personal data is processed,
• To request information if your data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred within the country or abroad,
• To request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and to request notification of such correction to third parties,
• To request deletion or destruction of your data when the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, even if it has been processed in accordance with the law, and to request notification of such actions to third parties,
• To object to a result against you that arises from automated processing of your data,
• To demand compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
