Privileges and Responsibilities of the Domain Registrant

Rights of the Domain Registrant:

1. Your domain registration and any related privacy/proxy services must be subject to a Registration Agreement with an ICANN Accredited Registrar.

• You have the right to review the Registration Agreement at any time and download a copy of the Agreement for your records.

2. You are entitled to correct and accessible information regarding the following:

• The identity of your ICANN Accredited Registrar;

• The identity of any proxy or privacy service provider associated with your Registrar;

• The terms and conditions applicable to your Registrar’s domain registrations, including pricing information;

• The terms and conditions applicable to any privacy service provided by your Registrar, including pricing information;

• Customer support services provided by your Registrar and privacy service provider and how to access them;

• Methods for raising concerns and resolving disputes related to your Registrar and any privacy service provided by your Registrar;

• Instructions explaining the actions of your Registrar, including registering, managing, transferring, renewing, and restoring your domain names through any proxy or privacy services provided by your Registrar.

3. You will not be exposed to false advertising or deceptive practices by your Registrar or any proxy or privacy service provided by your Registrar. This includes deceptive notifications, hidden fees, and any illegal practices under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Responsibilities of the Domain Registrant:

1. You must comply with the terms and conditions published by your Registrar, including any valid policies received from ICANN.

2. You must review your Registrar’s current Registration Agreement, including any updates.

3. You are fully responsible for the registration and use of your domain.

4. You must provide accurate information for publications in directories such as WHOIS, and you must immediately update this information in case of any changes.

5. You must respond to questions from your Registrar within fifteen (15) days and keep your account data up to date. If you choose automatic renewal for your domain registration, you must also keep your payment information up to date.
