You can enter the Name Server records you would like to change on "Control Panel" >> "Domain" >> [Related domain] >> "Update Name Server" and save them. Matters of Name Server records are resolved in 1-4 hours.

You can edit your details on "Control Panel" >> "Domain" >> [Related domain] >> "Edit Contact Info"

You can set "Privacy" to active or passive on "Control Panel" >> "Domain" >> [Related domain] >> "Manage Privacy"

You can create a proforma invoice for the renewal of your domain by going to "User Panel" >> "Domain" >> [Related domain] and clicking on "Renew Domain".

If your domain extension is ".tr", you can renew your domain for 5 years at max. If your domain extension is not ".tr", then you can renew your domain for 9 years at max.

You can start the transfer process at "Control Panel" >> "Domain" >> [Related domain] >> "Order Transfer" by entering the e-mail associated with the domain. You will receive a confirmation e-mail in your inbox after starting the transfer process. The domain will be transferred automatically once you confirm the e-mail.

For the registration of a domain with a "com.tr" extension, "Domain Assignment Form". "Trade Registry Gazette", "Authorized Signatory List", "Certificate of Good Standing", and "Tax Registration Certificate" need to be forwarded to us.

The tracking number should not be left empty in the Domain Assignment Form; the areas for the executive officer, finance officer, and technical officer should be filled out as "hih33-metu". The form must be signed by someone on the Authorized Signatory List, and the company stamp should be clearly visible.
