Our Organization

The organization and regulations regarding Energy Management are embedded in the integrated management system of Sadece Hosting.

The responsibility for implementing this policy lies with the Board of Directors.

The Senior Management Team is responsible for enforcing this policy and overseeing energy management within their areas of control.

The Operational Standards Officer is responsible for implementing this policy and ensuring that the energy management system is integrated with and supports other applicable standards.

Every individual working for or on behalf of the Company is responsible for complying with the requirements of this policy.

Our Commitments

As a major electricity consumer, Sadece Hosting recognizes that effective energy management is critical to our ongoing efforts to improve energy performance, including usage, consumption, and efficiency. Our company is a leading implementer of the European Code of Conduct for Data Centres.

Our management ensures that the Company will:

* Comply with applicable legislation, regulations, and government directives, and, where possible, apply relevant industry best practices.

* Provide a framework for continuous improvement of performance by implementing an effective energy management system and setting objectives and targets to fulfill our commitments.

* Provide the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to ensure the proper implementation of the energy management system and embed it into the corporate culture.

* Provide employees with the training required to carry out their duties without negatively impacting energy efficiency.

* Ensure that the setting, execution, or modification of goals does not negatively impact energy efficiency.

* Monitor and report on the energy efficiency of operations, identify best practices, and implement them where feasible.

* Identify and mitigate significant risks to energy efficiency.

* Collaborate with suppliers in procuring energy-efficient products and services.

* Support necessary design and development initiatives to improve energy performance.

* Communicate the importance of efficient energy management to relevant stakeholders and encourage them to act accordingly.

* Prevent any negative impact on energy efficiency through their actions or the activities they are involved in.

* Comply with all relevant energy efficiency practices and controls.

* Question and report any practices, conditions, or behaviors that unnecessarily impact energy efficiency.
