Our Organization

The organization and arrangements for Environmental Management are integrated into Sadece Hosting’s management system.

The responsibility for implementing this policy lies with the Board of Directors.

The Senior Management Team is responsible for implementing this policy and for environmental management within their areas of control.

The Operational Standards Officer is responsible for enforcing this policy, ensuring that the environmental management system is integrated with other relevant business standards, and supporting them.

Every individual working for or on behalf of the Company is responsible for complying with the requirements of this policy.

Our company is a leading implementer of the European Code of Conduct for Data Centres and a member of the Green Grid.

Our management ensures that the Company will:

* Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and government guidelines, and where possible, implement industry best practices.

* Provide a framework for continuous performance improvement by implementing an effective environmental management system and setting goals and objectives to meet our commitments.

* Provide the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to properly implement the environmental management system and embed it into the company’s operational culture.

* Provide training to employees to ensure they can carry out their work without negatively impacting the environment.

* Evaluate, monitor, and audit contractors to ensure they do not pose unacceptable environmental risks while carrying out their work.

* Identify environmental aspects and assess impacts to eliminate or control them in ways that prevent pollution.

* Identify and mitigate significant environmental impacts.

* Collaborate with suppliers to reduce the environmental impact of the resources, products, and services we procure.

* Ensure that setting, achieving, or adapting objectives does not negatively affect the environment.

* Monitor and report on energy efficiency and carbon emissions, and implement activities designed to optimize energy use and minimize carbon footprint.

* Promote waste reduction, reuse, recycling, and recovery, and encourage the use of recycled materials.

* Communicate environmental regulations, significant impacts, and the importance of effective environmental management to relevant stakeholders.
