Our Organization
The organization and regulations related to Information Security Management are established within the integrated management system of Sadece Hosting.
The responsibility for implementing this policy lies with the Board of Directors.
The Senior Management Team is responsible for ensuring the implementation of this policy within their areas of control.
The Operational Standards Officer is responsible for enforcing this policy and ensuring that information security management integrates with and supports other relevant business standards.
Every individual working for or on behalf of the Company is responsible for complying with the requirements of this policy.

Our management particularly ensures the following:
* Ensures that Sadece Hosting management and employees comply with the security policy.
* Minimizes the risk of harm to the Company’s assets, information, reputation, hardware, software, or data.
* Ensures that Sadece Hosting employees and computer systems do not violate any copyright or licensing rules.
* Clearly defines corporate policies regarding all aspects of information management, hardware, embedded software, and software.
* Defines a systematic approach to risk assessment in compliance with the established information security, legal, or regulatory requirements through the ISMS (Information Security Management System).
* Establishes policies and objectives for ISMS to reduce risks to acceptable levels. Sets criteria for risk acceptance and defines acceptable risk levels.
All managers are responsible for implementing the Security Policy in their areas and ensuring their staff comply with it.
Compliance with the Security Policy is the responsibility of every employee. Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action.
The Group Security Officer is directly responsible for enforcing the Security Policy and providing consultancy and guidance on its implementation.
